Hi, I’m Alissa Forester, founder of Eli Rise Realty. For years I worked as a Registered Nurse, and caring for people in their most vulnerable moments is what I’m all about.

When I wanted more flexibility to be present for my family, real estate investing turned out to be a beautiful way to keep helping people — just in a different setting. The kitchen table instead of the hospital bedside.

Just as I came alongside my patients in their darkest hours and helped them heal, I want to come alongside homeowners who are in difficult situations. Compassion, integrity, and real solutions to real estate problems. That’s the promise.
